Race for the Cure

All funds from the Komen Race for the Cure go to research,
education, screening and treatment programs.

This was my third year supporting and walking at the race for the cure and every year it just keeps getting bigger!  Each year you see more people who are supporting a cause that affects millions and is a cause that is dear to the hearts of so many who have been touched in some way by cancer.  The race for the cure educates us and informs us about the signs and risks of breast cancer.  Thanks to improvements in treatment and early detection, millions of women are surviving breast cancer today.  It is important to schedule regular breast exams yearly to avoid breast cancer and to seek early detection.  Ask your doctor about scheduling a yearly breast exam, it will change your life forever
and continue to better your health.
