Caldwell Night Rodeo
Miss Boise Idaho International, Heather Mallary & Branden Mee.
Being a part of the Idaho State Senate Board of Education, sponsored by Senator Russ Fulcher, Heather was able to see first handily the steps being taken throughout Idaho to not only better education, but to build education “making today’s children tomorrow’s leaders.” Proud to represent Idaho, Heather encourages youth in the power of their dreams!

Heather also hope's to influence the Board of Health & Welfare in the State of Idaho raising a very important issue: banning the use of tanning beds to minors. It has become a very dangerous heath issue especially in the lives of teens. There are approx. 25,000 tanning salons in the USA. They attract 30 million people. Imagine the skin cancer risk levels. It is estimated from the American Cancer Institute that more than 1,000,000 new cases of skin cancer has emerged in the year 2008. Heather has already taken the steps into contacting members of the State Senate of Idaho and pushing this bill though.
